MTT were used to test the cell survival rate to observe the neuroprotective activity of HBZn..Results:The neuroprotective activity of HBZn is very good to that models of the whole administration group,the advance administration group,especially neuroprotective activity of the whole administration group is best in three methods of administrations,nevertheless the advance administration group is not better than the whole administration group;the neuroprotective activity of the simultaneous administration group is worse than the whole administration group and the advance administration group,but every groups is similar to Baicalin and Breviscapinun against OGD- induced PC₁₂ cell injury,especially protective activity of the whole administration group is obviously better the protective effort to PC₁₂ cell injury of Baicalin and Breviscapinu.Conclusions:HBZn has certainly PC₁₂ protective activity against OGD- induced PC₁₂ cell injury,among the total neuroprotective activity of the whole administration group is best,these also show the best methode of the-therapeutics of the disease is the whole administration comprehending the prevention,its mechanism of PC₁₂ protective activity may be related to oxygen radicals scavenging activity.
