| Objective To Study of leptin in serum and bile of the content of leptin in the gallbladder wall tissue of expression.Exploration of leptin in gallstones and type 2 diabetes mellitus pathogenesis of gallstones in the role.Of gallstone for clinical type 2 diabetes and gallstones in the provision of prevention and treatment trial basis.Method Radioimmunoassay method through the application of technology to detect the control group,gallstone group,type 2 diabetes group gallstone in the bile,as well as leptin levels in serum.The use of immunohistochemical techniques,observation of the control group,gallstone group,type 2 diabetes group gallstone in the gallbladder wall in leptin expression.Results Leptin content of the results of testing serum samples,type 2 diabetes mellitus were higher than gallstone gallstone group and the control group(P＜0.05), higher than those of gallstone group(P＜0.05).Leptin content of bile samples,with type 2 diabetes group was higher than gallstone gallstone group and the control group (P＜0.05),higher than gallstonegroup(P＜0.05).Gallbladder wall Immunohistochemistry of leptin in the control group,type 2 diabetes and gallstones gallstone group Group in gallbladder wall tissue samples were found positive expression of leptin.The positive expression is located in cytoplasm,the nucleus not the expression of the positive performance of the gallbladder wall appears as a diffuse cytoplasmic brown yellow or brown particles.Leptin in type 2 diabetic patients with gallstone group gallbladder wall tissue expression of positive semi-quantitative score to 5.73±1.32,group of gallbladder stones in the gallbladder wall tissue expression of positive semi-quantitative score to4.37±0.94,the existence of statistical comparison between the two learning differences(P＜0.05).In the control group in the positive expression of gallbladder wall for semi-quantitative score of 2.23±0.62,significantly lower than those with type 2 diabetes group and gallstone gallstone group and the control group with type 2 diabetes and gallstones gallstone group and the group,between the two have a very significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclusions Leptin in the presence of bile in the bile of gallstone leptin involved in type 2 diabetes mellitus and gallstone disease.In the control group,gallstone group and type 2 diabetes gallstone group,the gallbladder wall tissue structures that exist in the positive expression of leptin.Leptin expression in the control group,gallstone group and type 2 diabetes followed by gallstone group enhanced.Information in the three groups,the leptin in the gallbladder wall tissue and leptin levels in the bile of the changes in serum leptin levels in the three changes in trend,show a certain regularity.Through the participation of leptin and gallstone formation in type 2 diabetic patients with gallstone formation analysis of the impact of factors,the onset mechanism of gallstone clinical exploration and gallstones,as well as type 2 diabetes gallstone prevention and treatment are of great significance.
