Objective:Our experiment is to observe the effects of Feiganhouwei Food on the rats' blood grease and liver function and the influence of Tablet Jianweixioashi to Zhipiaiwei rats' through modulate liptin,adiponectin excretion in adipocyte.Methods:There were 60 SD rats,they were equally divided between male and female,42 rats were given a high-fat diet to induce Zhipiaiwei model,the other 18 rats were given a standard diet as control.Each was fed respectively for 4 weeks. After 36 models were prepared successfully,they were randomly divided into two groups:Jianweixiaoshi group and Zhipiaiwei group.After 4 weeks interference with Tablet Jianweixiaoshi,the weight of each rat were recorded and the average appetite of each rat were calculated.The TG,TC,LDL,HDL,AST and ALT of each rat were carefully measured.The techniques of RT-PCR were adopted to test the message ribonucleic acid expression of adiponectin and leptin in adipose tissues of rats.Results:1.Compared to the high-fat diet(HFD) group,the body weights and the average appetite of Zhipiaiwei group significantly decreased(P<0.05).2.Compared with the HFD group,the body weights and the average appetite of Jianweixiaoshi group significantly increased(P<0.05).3.Compared with the normal control group,serum TG of Jianweixiaoshi group and the HFD group were significantly decreased(P<0.05).TC,LDL,HDL of the normal control group were no significantly different to those of Jianweixiaoshi group and the HFD group(P>0.05).Compared with the normal control group,serum AST,ALT of Jianweixiaoshi group and the HFD group were no significantly difference(P>0.05).Serum AST,ALT of Jianweixiaoshi group were not significantly different to those of the HFD group(P>0.05).4.Compared with the normal control group,adiponectin mRNA expression of the HFD group significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with the HFD group, adiponectin mRNA expression of Jianweixiaoshi group significantly decreased(P<0.05). 5.Compared with the normal control group,leptin mRNA expression of the HFD group significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the HFD group,leptin mRNA expression of Jianweixiaoshi group significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.The use of special high fat diet could successfully induce Zhipiaiwei rats model.2.Tablet Jianweixiaoshi could significantly increase body weight,the appetite and the serum TG of Zhipiaiwei rats.3.The effects of Tablet Jianweixiaoshi in lowering the adiponectin mRNA expression of fat tissues may be one factor of body weight in obese resistant rats.4.The effects of Tablet Jianweixiaoshi in raising the leptin mRNA expression of fat tissues may be one factor of body weight in obese resistant rats.
