| ObjectiveThe aim of the present study is to investigate the relative independence features of mental lexicon internal structure by studying of Chinese phonological,semantic and orthographic processing discipline in patient with broca aphasia.Methods1.Screening in patient with broca aphasia as case group with "Aphasia Battery of Chinese";collecting the normal as control group.2.Broca aphasia patients and the normal underwent neuropsychological detection on processing of orthographicl,phonologica and semantic.And the detection of the steps and content as follows:experiment 1 phonological input System test(voca—bulary identify);experiment 2 orthographic input system access to semantic sys—tem test(vocabulary category and see the word refers to map);experiment 3 grap—hic input-semantic system access to phonological output system test(picture naming);experiment 4 phonological output system test(repeat);experiment 5 graphic input-semantic sys-tem access to orthographic output system test(writting); experiment 6 phonological input system test(word listening identified); experiment 7 phonological output system access to semantic system test(listening refers to map ).3.The accuracy of the task between the case group and control group were analyzed; the accuracy of the each task in cases group were compared.Results1.The detection results of the vocabulary processing test between the case group and control group The results of the experiment 1 phonological input System test:the accuracy of the distinguish real words test between the case group and control group is significant difference,p=0.000<0.05;the accuracy of the distinguish non-words test between the case group and control group is no significant difference,p=0.359>0.05;the accuracy of the distinguish Leave words test between the case group and control group is significant difference,p=0.000<0.05.The results of the experiment 2 orthographic input system access to semantic sys—tem test:the accuracy of the animal vocabulary category test between the case group and control group is no significant difference,p=0.246>0.05;the accuracy of the non-animal vocabulary category test between the case group and control group is significant difference,p=0.026<0.05,the accuracy of the see the word refers to map test between the case group and control group is significant difference,p=0.000<0.05.The results of the experiment 3 graphic input-semantic system access to phonologi—cal output system test:the accuracy of the picture naming test between the case group and control group is significant difference,p=0.000<0.05. The results of the experiment 4 phonological output system test:the accuracy of the repeat test between the case group and control group is significant difference, p=0.000<0.05.The results of experiment 5 graphic input-semantic system access to orthographic output system test:the accuracy of the writting test between the case group and control group is significant difference,p=0.000<0.05.The results of experiment 6 phonological input system test:the accuracy of the word listening identified test between the case group and control group is significant difference,p=0.000<0.05.The results of experiment 7 phonological output system access to semantic system test:the accuracy of the listening refers to map test between the case group and control group is significant difference,p=0.000<0.05. 2.The detection results of the vocabulary processing test in cases group The accuracy of the each test in cases group were all have significant difference, which including see the word refers to map test,listening refers to map test,writing test and picture naming test(p<0.05).And the accuracy of the see the word refers to map test>the accuracy of listening refers to map test>the accuracy of writing test>the accuracy of picture naming test.Conclusions1.The function were all damage in chinese-speaking patients with broca aphasia, which Including orthographic input system access to semantic,orthographic input system access to semantic system,semantic system access to orthographic output system and semantic system access to phonological output system.2.The damage of function orthographic input system access to semantic is lightest in Chinese-speaking patients with broca aphasia,this was followed by orthographic input System access to semantic system,semantic system access to orthographic output system and semantic system access to phonologic output system which damage is most serious.3.The relative independence between the semantic system and phonological output system was revealed by the Study of Chinese phonological,semantic and ortho—graphic processing in patient with broca aphasia.4.The relative independence between the orthographic output system and phonological output system was revealed by the study of chinese phonological,semantic and or—thographic processing in patient with broca aphasia. |
