Objective:Through the Meta analysis of two different segments sympathectomy in the treatment of hyperhidrosis cause compensatory sweating,analysis these two different operative methods treatment result and the rate of postoperative compensatory sweating.To find a better operative method which can reduce the postoperative compensatory sweating.Methods:Retrieval of 1999~2008 U.S.national library of medicine's Medline database and 1999~2008 China journal full-text database(CJFD),which in line with the standard domestic with the helpe of video asisted thoracospic surgery sympathectomy to cure primary palmar hyperhidrosis,according to different operative methods the patients were divided into two groups.Compare the therapeutic of cases in each group and the Meta analysis of the rate of compensatory sweating after surgery.Result:There are six places of origin conforming 802 patients were selected.Among them,â… surgical group 404 cases of patients(line bilateral T3 and T4 chest sympathectomy and sides 3 cm range of possible Kuntz bouquet burning off);â…¡surgical group 398 cases of patients(line bilateral T2,T3,and T4 chest sympathectomy burning off).The surgical cure rates of this two groups patients were 100%;two groups I~2 index=0%,without obvious heterogeneity,feasible Meta analysis.Meta analysis Results:The combined odds ratio(OR combined) is 0.21(95%CI 0.13~0.33),Z=6.49(P<0.00001) are statistically significant differences,symmetrical funnel plot,no publication bias,the meta-analysis inspection is high efficiency.Conclusion:1.â… surgery way(line bilateral T3 and T4 chest sympathectomy and sides 3 cm range of possible Kuntz bouquet burning off) andâ…¡surgery way(line bilateral T2,T3,and T4 chest sympathectomy burning off) the treatment of primary palmar hyperhidrosis exact effect;2.The two operative methods's rate of postoperative compensatory sweating are difference,Z=6.49(P<0.00001) The difference has Statistical significance;3.compared with the surgicalâ…¡,surgicalâ… can make the rate of postoperative compensatory sweating decreased obviously(average decrease 79%).
