Study On The Supply Management Of Medical Consumed Materials And Design Of Information System Based On Scenario Analysis

With the development of the society and the improvement of the living standard, the reformation of the heath care,as an important part of the course of the people's livelihood,has attracted more and more attention in our country.However,the reformation of the heath care for 1.3 billion people is a large and complex project and full of difficulties.One of these difficulties is how to improve the management and the service level for hygiene products and for the service-suppliers to a large degree. This article focuses on the supply-management of medical consumed materials.The lagging behind in medical consumed materials supply has caused the excessive price and the overstock and short-supply in hospital with the lack of scientific and normative management,unified standard and the excessive links of circulation.Only on the basis of acknowledging the features of the materials,can we speed up the implement of the information construction,solve and improve the supply-management of the medical consumed materials and improve its service level of which were quite difficult problems.And its main reasons are the complexity of its own feature and the lagging behind in its information construction.Focusing on the supply-management of the medical consumed materials,this article analyzed the environment of the medical consumed materials and gave the definition of the supply-chain of the medical consumed materials with the application of the scenario analysis.Meanwhile,with the use of the definition of the supply chain, the article put up with three scenarios,that is,information optimization,inventory optimization and integration.At last,with the adoption of the information optimization and the information construction,we made it-the process of each supply chain-more transparent.And its transparent management mode will promote the improvement in management level and eventually solve the existent problems.As a part of medicine,the medical consumed materials can't be studied in depth because of its different characteristics from the medicine.So we separate the supply of the medical consumed materials from the supply of the medicine to study it separately.The article introduced the background of the research firstly and then the research method-the scenario analysis.And it elaborated on the function,the application and the analysis steps of the method.It also gave the definition of the supply-chain of the medical consumed materials after analyzing its characteristics. Furthermore,it analyzed its supply-management and the necessity of the information system in hospitals.And it explained the designing of the supply-management which act as the subsystem of the information system in hospitals.At last,the article made a conclusion of the research and then pointed out the weak points so to give some suggestions to the future work.
