Analysis On 110 Cases Of The Initial Treatment Of Depression

Objective:Based on 110 cases of the Initial treatment of depression,the main psychological and social factors are summarized, and combining summary analysis, both cognition and importance about depression will be improved in order to achieve early detection and early prevention.Study object:110 cases of the initial treatment of depression are selected from Psychological Health department of the First Hospital of Jilin University in the period of March 11 to September 26 in 2008.Depression Diagnosis:According to ICD-10, that is "International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems" 10th edition (1992), in accordance with the standard of symptoms, the standard of course of diseases , the standard of serious degree, and the standard of exclusion, Depression is classified into three types,such as mild and moderate depressive episode, serious depressive episode and dysthymia(depressive neurosis in according to previous version) in the paper, and all the three types are named as depressive disorder; in addition, these cases, which don't come up to the above-mentioned standard but including the main symptoms of depression are named as depressed mood .Methods and means :1. All cases are classified in according to age group: middle school stage (13-19 years),college stage (20-25 years old), youth (26-35 years), middle-aged (36-59 years), old age (60-78 years old ), and features of all cases are summarized. Description: A middle school stage includes Junior middle school students and senior middle school students, college stage includes college students and non-college students,a student stage includes Junior middle school students, senior middle school students and college students,A social stage includes non-college students of college stage, youth, middle-aged and old age.2. Statistical analysis:a constituent ratio of the types of depression of all ages,the main reasons of the depression of all ages and the treatment of depression of all ages of males and females are described in the chart , and entered SPSS11.5 statistical software ,and usedχ2 test for significant differences analysis.3.All articles on depression of the past three years (06,07,08) and some foreign articles are searched, the factors(focusing on the psycho-social aspects) of clinical depr-ession-related were summarized,combining characteristic of the cases are discussed and summarized.Results:1.A comparison of types of depression and age group : all cases, constituent ratio of types of the depression : depressed mood (36.4%)> mild and moderate depression (33.6%)> serious depression (15.5%)> neurotic depression (14.5%). Depressed mood / depressive disorder of all ages : junior middle school>senior middle school>stages of college> Youth>middle age >old age;With the growth of one, a proportion of depressed mood decreased gradually,and a proportion of depressive disorders increased gradually, which changes significantly in students stage. Among them, differences between depressed mood and depressive disorder, junior middle school and college stage, middle school stage and college stage get statistically significance(P <0.05), a difference between students stage and a social stage is prominent (P <0.01), and differences between junior middle school and senior middle school,senior middle school and college stage, internal social stage don't get statistically significance(small sample size).2.A comparison of the main reasons of the depression in all stages:①students stage :a constituent ratio of the main reasons for depression about middle school boys(9), adverse of the adolescence 5 (55.6%)>Study Stress 2 (22.2%)> causeless depression and cognition 1 (11.1% );a constituent ratio of the main reasons for depression about mid-dle school girls(17), causeless depression and cognition 6 (35.3%)> 4, adverse of the adolescence=Study Stress 4 (23.5%). A distribution of the main reasons for depression of male college students / female college students : causeless depression and cognition (1 / 3), the poor relationship between the students (2 / 2), the contradictions of love (1 / 1),College Entrance Examination dissatisfied two boys. Due to small samp-le size, differences of the reasons for depression in students stage among boys and girls don't get statistically significant.②A social stage stage:a constituent ratio of the main reasons for depression about males: work problems (78.6%)> somatic problems(45.5%) >causeless depression and personality (35.7%)> love, marriage and family (27.6%) ;a constituent ratio of the main reasons for depression about females: Love,marriage and fami-ly (72.4%)>causeless depression and personality (64.3%)> somatic problems(54.5%) >work problems (21.4%). The problems about love,marriage and family get clearly prominent in females, but work problems get clearly prominent in males, somatic problems of males and females are close,and old age have 2 cases for losing problems. Among them,difference between males and females about love, marriage and family problems, work problems, causeless depression and personality, somatic problems get statistically significance (P <0.05), differences between males and females about the first three, the first two is prominent(P <0.01). In addition,the problems of pregnant and bearing about females in the non-college students and young stages (3 cases) are the main cause for depression.3. A comparison of males and females: all 110 cases, males of 46 cases, accoun-ting for 41.8%, females of 64 cases, accounting for 58.2%; a constituent ratio of the treatment of depression of all ages about males and females:the proportion of the treat-ment of depression in males of a college stage is higher, the proportion of the treatment of depression in females of a middle school stage,Youth and middle-aged stage is high-er,and the proportion of treatment of males and females in old age is considerable ;the differences of the proportion of the treatment of depression about males and females between middle school and college stage;youth,middle-aged and college stage get stati-stically significance( P<0.05) .Conclusion:1. With the growth of one, the proportion of depressed mood decreased gradua-lly,and the proportion of depressive disorders increased gradually, which changes sign-ificantly in students stage,Among them, differences between depressed mood and depressive disorder, middle school stage and college stage, students stage and a social stage get statistically significance.2. The main reasons of depression of the middle school stage are adverse of the adolescence(boys obviously),Study Stress,causeless depression and cognition(girls obviously);the main reasons of depression of university students are causeless depression and cognition(girls obviously), the poor relationship between the students, love and family conflicts, college entrance examination frustrated (mostly boys); the main causes of depression in social stage: love,marriage and family problems, work problems, causeless depression and personality, physical problems (middle-aged and old appear), losing problems(old age appear),among them,the problems about love,marriage and family,causeless depression and personality are clearly prominent in females, but work problems are clearly prominent in males, the difference was statistically significant.3. Comparing of males and females:The proportion of females(58.2%) is more than the proportion of males (41.8%); the proportion of treatment of males in college stage is significantly ,and the proportion of treatment of females in the middle school,young and middle-aged stage is significantly,the difference is statistically significant.
