The Analyze System Design Of Melatonin And Relative Research

Melatonin, a kind of hormone, plays an important and special role in physiological activities, controlling a series of physiological activities, such as procreation, incretion, immunity, neural system, et al. Melatonin has a positive effect on many diseases, such as cancer, AIDS and many brain diseases; it also can help prolong life and improve sleep.Epilepsy is one of the diseases that very difficult to treatment. Nowadays, we also do not find a good method to cure this serious disease. Luckily, the latest researches show that the Melatonin has the special function to cure epilepsy. It is a good news to epilepsy treatment.This essay clarified a testing way which is different from the traditional way of analyzing Epilepsy, presented the basic research methods of Epilepsy are medicinal methods. The results of these methods are frequently influenced by different factors which can not forecast. But spectral analysis can easily, quickly and accurately get the result. Meanwhile, the samples can be liquor, solid and gas.This thesis is composed of two parts. The first part studies the design of instrument of spectrum. The main study includes:(1) The optic system argumentation and design. We adopt the grating spectrophotometer as the main part in the optic system. Meanwhile, we choice the PMT (Photo Multiplier Tube) to receive to the optic signal form the spectrophotometer and transfer the optic signal to electrical signal.(2) The circuit system argumentation and design: The PMT has transfer the optic signal to electrical signal. But the electrical signal needs a series of circuit processing, such as amplifier circuit, filter circuit, A/D circuit, SCM circuit and so on.(3) The software system design: Include the SCM control program and the PC Windows interface program design.The second part we have made five mouse model and pick-up the test samples liquors from these mice. Then, we adopt three kinds of methods to analyze these samples. They are the Absorb spectrum, the Raman spectrum and the Fluorescence spectrum. Finally, we find the mice cerebrum cortex protein character has altered when the Melatonin injected in the Epilepsy mice. This altered protein has the function to cure or restrain the Epilepsy.
