It is necessary to use informatics fully in information times, and informatics has been an important part of knowledge economic .Purpose : The appearance,development of disease is a dynamic course ,which is also a complete chain. For most patients , when they get out of hospital ,the information (called after-hospital information) aren't grasped by doctor . The goal of this search is to build an all-covering,automatic,high speed and high beneficial result information management system to collect,arrange,analyze,manage this part of disease information(mostly means the after-hospital information) is helpful to improve the management level,build a harmonious doctor-patient relation ,which is.Method : Using the knowledge of information management and adopting the tool of UML,database technolgy,image processing technolgy ,we design the system from the parts of system analysis,system whole design,system model design .Result : This article defined the after-hospital information , and expounded it's important research value ; analyzed the present situation and disadvantage of current after-hospital information management ; builded the framework of after-hospital information management system. The whole system is composed of 10 parts , including patients'information management,survey managementand and so on. We briefly expounded the database design and user interface design ; it can collect pations'images and other typical informations. This system will adopt the model of C/S and B/S. and used SQL Server as database . Looked into the distance of the application of this system , and discussed the problem in real design and implementation .Conclusion : The model established by this research can realize the electronics management of patients'information , and can collect,management and use the after-hospital information whole-covering,automatic,high speed . It is also helpful to improve doctor's diagnosis standard,scientific research standard and the efficiency of survey work . Innovation and shortage: This research adopts the object-oriented system exploitation method, and builds the perfect after-hospital information management system using database technolgy , network technolgy , software technolgy and computer-telecom integrated technolgy . It can realize the collection and management of the whole illness information , and can achieve the high-effect collecting of after-hospital information through SMS platform. The shortage is that the research is a enormous systems engineering , the article just carry through the primary research , and there are many extend work to do .
