Furthermore provide theory basis for the development of Chinese medicine buzhongyiqi decotion.Methods: Select 40 proper aged Kunming speices mice ,with 20male and 20 female.Inject Lincomycin Hydrochloride injection,Am-picillin sodium injection to make model group ,Chinese medicine group mice intestinal microflora dysfunction,then Chinese medicine therapy group ,west medicine therapy group take Buzhongyiqi decotion and bacillus licheniformis seperaelly to therapy,give model group placebo.Take Lactobacillus,Bifid-obacterium,Enteroccus,Bacillus subtilis as cultivate objec-tion,choose 4 types of selective culture medium,foster and make biochemistry appraisal the same parts of appendiceal contents of mice.Using turbidimetry enumerate probiotic bacteria index,statictic and analyse data group we've got,and intestine tissue pathology evaluate Buzhongyiqi decoction's adjustment to intestinal probiotic bacteria.Result: There are difference between antibiotics modeliza-ntion model group and normal group,after the therapy of Buzhongyiqi decoction and bacillus licheniformis, the mice intestinal probiotic bacteria has no difference between chinese medicine therapy group ,western medicine therapy group and normal group. restored the injury of intestinal tunica mucosa.Conclusion: Buzhongyiqi decoction make model mice's lactobacillus, bifidobacterium,enteroccus,bacillus subtilis amount increase, Buzhongyiqi decoction we've mentioned has adjustment function to mice intestinal probiotic bacteria,and restored the injury of intestinal tunica mucosa.
