Correlation Between Apoptosis And OB In Rats' Allogeneic Lung Transplant

Objective To study the correlation between apoptosis and OB in rats' allogeneic lung transplant.Methods Heterotopic transplant operation was conducted on 20 Waster rats which were randomly divided into two groups,control group and immunosuppressant therapy group.Respectively removed the grafts on the 7d,14d and 28d.HE straining,in situ end labeling(TUNEL),and immunohistochemistry techniques and methods were used to detect the Caspase-3 and Bcl-2 expression in the grafts.Use statitics to analysis the results.Results①Successfully constructed the animal models,the survival rate was 100%;②HE staining illustrated rejection in grafts;③TUNEL tested lees apoptosis in the experimental group than the control group,the differences were significant(P＜0.05);④Bcl-2 expression increased in the grafts,and the differences in the later period between two groups had significance(P＜0.05).Caspase-3 expression increased in the grafts,and the differences between two groups were significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion①Apoptosis could be detected in the rats'grafts with OB after lung transplantation.②Caspase-3 and Bcl-2 expression increased in the grafts.③Immunosuppressive drugs could reduce apoptosis in the grafts and delay the development of OB.
