| Objective: To evaluate the clinical application value of panoramic radiography (PR) and linear tomography(LT) in dental implant treatment. To show the bone of jaw,tooth rank,tooth carvm pulpae and porait bone,bring forword resonable suggestions whether and how to plant tooth. Methods: The PR ,LT and common toth photo were taken for 38 pantiens. It measured precise depth,width and thickness of implant region before operation , then direct to choose appropriate dental implantlogy and evaluated the effect after operation,then correction problem. Results: Of these 42implanted dentals,37 implanted dentals was satisfied. The angle of 4 implanted dentals deviated slightly. The angle of 1 implanted dental deviated obviously and canalizated the cortex of jawbone,then reimplanted. All cases were followed,no serious complication was found. Conclusion: Combination of PR and LT showed three dimensional structure and dental implantlogy clearly. It was valueble for designation and operation plan for dental implantlogy.
