The Study Of Sodium And Ultrafiltration Profile And Midodrine To Prevent Hypotension In Hemodialysis

objeetive:to study which one of the hemodialysis forms can ruduce the incidence of dialysis side syndrome of patients better: combining sodium profile and ultrafitration profile(PHD) form (group②),midodrine form(group③),combining sodium ultrafitration profile and midodrine form(group④).Methods:12 regular hemodialysis patients received conventional hemodialysis(CHD) for one month,the next month take midodrine orally before the hemodialysis,then received the sodium ultrafitration hemodialysis for another one month,in the last one month the 12 chosen patients received the cure of combining sodium ultrafitration hemodialysis and midodrine. Their blood Pressure,pulse,eleetrolyte and acid-base toxin were monitored and complications incidence were recorded.Results:According to CHD the incidence of hypotension is 48.6%,PHD is 40%,take midodrine orally is 46.2%,There were no significantly differences to group①(P＞0.05).But the incidence of hypotension of group④is 35.1%,it was significantly(P＜0.05).Group④could prevent hypotension and increase ultrafiltration.There were no significantly differences of decrease of serumsodium levels,electrolyte, heart rates and dry weight.The patients who took midodrine had no side-effects.Conclusion:combining sodium ultrafitration profile and midodrine form is effective techniques to reduce acute adverse side effects of hemodialysis without sodium gain-related and other complications.They improve well-being and dialysis tolerance, minimize interventions during dialysis.
