Clinical Analysis For The Anormaly Chromosome Caryotype In Patients With Idiopathic Male Sterility

Procreation is performed by male and female. Sterility by man is called male sterility or low male fertility. For the past few years, statisticsed by europe and America.Incompatible couple is to achieve 15% in reproductive couple, and male sterility is 50% in this at least .So far reported,male sterility caused by cell heredity is 2%-21%.This text collect 55 male sterility patient diagnosed by patient history, physical inspection, laboratory check, and analysis their chromosome karyotype,discuss the relationship between chromosome karyotype and several reproduction disease. All the 55 patient are diagnosed by testiculus volume, blood reproduction hormone, semen cytology, chromosome karyotype and so on. Patient age is 19-42years old(average 27.87);time is 1-14 year (average 3.13 year).Laboratory check of this research include analysising the characteristics of semen(quantity of semen ,PH, viscidity et al ), semen cytology detection, analysising their chromosome karyotype, Y chromosome microdeletionin by PCR.Result display: kelinfilter is 37(67.27%),chromosomal abnormality (chromosom inversion,chromosom balanced translocation) is 11(20%),Y chromosomal abnormality(small Y,big Y)is 5(9.1%),sex reversal syndrome is 1(1.82%),mosaic is 1(1.82%). Several reproduction disease and chromosomal abnormality:(1)Parotitis and chromosomal abnormality:there are 7 parotitises in the 55 .the chromosomal karyotype are 46XYinv(9)(p11,q12),46XY(24)45X(6),46XYdel(Yq),four 47XXY。It is 12.73%,chromosomal karyotype abnormality is manifold in these patient.(2)Varicocele and chromosomal abnormality:there are 5 parotitises in the 55 (Ⅰ°-Ⅱ°)(9.09%). the chromosomal karyotype are all 47XXY。(3)External injury, operation and chromosomal abnormality:there are 1 external injury patient ,3 operationed in the 55. the former's chromosomal karyotype is 46XYt(4,9)(q35,p13);the latter's chromosomal karyotype are all47XXY。Procreation caused by chromosomal karyotype abnormality have no effective therapeutics method up to now.Because the technology and economics, chromosomal karyotype check is not to include the must check in male sterility. This article's destination is to investigate ratio of chromosomal karyotype abnormality in different semen mass patients.The result: 1,sex-chromosome abnormality's probability is high in male sterility cause by chromosomal karyotype abnormality.2, azoospermatism and inferior, misshapen is high in male sterility cause by chromosomal karyotype abnormality. 3,kelinfilter's syndrome(47XXY)is the highest in male sterility cause by chromosomal karyotype abnormality. 4, chromosomal karyotype abnormality is polymorphism。Diagnosising chromosomal karyotype abnormality can avoid blind treatment.Some"unknown aetiology"sterility patients are chromosomal karyotype abnormality,because the chromosomal karyotype abnormality is easy to discover like cryptorchidism,azoospermatism.
