With the use of the following measurement including measure Zung self-rating anxiety scale (SAS), Social Support Scale, St. Mary's hospital sleep questionnaire (SMH), we divided into two groups which are individually 40 cases being given conventional treatment and care and other 40 cases being given cluster strategy of intervention methods (The so-called cluster strategy including the four methods of intervention: music therapy, nursing information, enhance social support and the promotion of patients with good sleep, to eliminate, reduce or lower the patient's anxiety, to promote the patient's psychological and physical health, so that patients actively cooperate with the treatment and a speedy recovery).Result:Our survey results showed that: 1. Compared with normal norm, ICU patients is significantly higher than normal degree of anxiety norm ones; 2. ICU patients with anxiety and social support scores, subjective support points, the objective to support the sub-utilization of social support showed a significant negative correlation (P<0.01, for all). 3. ICU patients with anxiety and sleep disorders are relevant, with the SMH scores, sleep satisfaction, and sleep obstacles have obvious relevance. Multiple linear regression equation showed that the family economic status, social support, sleep disorders, mechanical ventilation and ICU treatment of patients with anxiety into a linear correlation. Sleep disorders on one of the anxiety of ICU patients with the greatest impact, followed by mechanical ventilation therapy, followed by home state of the economy, and social support on anxiety in ICU patients with the least impact.Conclusion:1. There is statistical significance on the existence of ICU patients' anxiety.2. ICU patients with social support and anxiety has obvious relevance, the higher the level of social support is, and the less patients have negative emotion, the lower the anxiety level will be.3. The use of cluster strategy for nursing interventions to improve ICU patients with anxiety and sleep disorders effect a significant, are a reasonable, effective and worthy of promotion of psychological intervention methods.
