Experimental purposes and research background:Coronary atherosclerotic heart disease refers to coronary atherosclerosis lead to vascular stenosis or obstruction, or (and) due to functional changes in coronary artery (cerebral) causes myocardial ischemia or necrosis caused by heart disease, collectively referred to as coronary heart disease, referred to as coronary heart disease, or ischemic heart disease. At present, many studies show that coronary heart disease are caused by many factors. Clinical put on these factors as the risk factors. Has made a risk factor for coronary heart disease, more than 200 kinds, a common major risk factors are: Age, sex, family history and other risk factors can not be changed; Dyslipidemia, blood pressure, smoking, diabetes and impaired glucose tolerance and other risk factors can be changed. Secondary risk factors is obesity, less physical activity, mental nervous activity, the Western diet, genetic factors,A-type personality and so on.The experimental observation of hypertension, diabetes mellitus for coronary artery disease in angiography results.Research methods:Clinical diagnosis based on the availability of diabetes and hypertension divided into four simple groups :coronary heart disease, coronary heart disease group with diabetes, coronary heart disease group with hypertension and coronary heart disease, hypertension, diabetes mellitus group. Contrast the results based on the location of vascular stenosis is divided into left main (LM) disease, left anterior descending coronary artery (LAD), circumflex (LCX), right coronary artery (RCA). And calculate the Gensini score.Results:1.Grouped by experiment comparison, Factors than a simple multiple factors have significant effects,Simply influencing factors in lesions and lesions on the scope of comparison, no significant difference.2.the influence by diabetes, high blood pressure,Coronary artery lesions of the right coronary artery significantly increased. Multiple factors in patients with the combined incidence of vessel lesions was significantly higher than a simple factor.
