Objective:To study the observation of lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans(LEAO) of the surgical treatment. Methods:Retrospective analysis in September 2006 from September 2008 to 86 cases of arteriosclerosis obliterans of lower extremities in patients with surgical treatment and refer to the summary of research literature.Conclusion:(1) multi-planar, multi-segment lower limb arterial occlusive further contribute to a clear classification of the choice of surgical procedures;(2) In the case of multi-planar,intermittent occlusion of the long type of cases involved in the treatment of choice or artery endarterectomy Road to the inflow, outflow tract reconstruction help to reduce the number of bypass and surgical trauma and improve patency rate;(3) series of multi-planar bypass cases,in circumstances permitted by means of transfer should be based on anatomical flow and application of autologous saphenous vein graft as the main;(4) In the case of severe ischemia of lower extremity limb multi-planar,multi-segmental artery occlusion, appears to "appeasement" of the operation(such as abdominal Lorddeep femoral artery bypass bypass alone deep femoral artery angioplasty, etc.) and a wide range of bypass occlusion despite a higher rate, but if choose a suitable indications, can effectively improve blood circulation and lower limb amputation level.
