ObjectiveThis study was descriptive cross-sectional study. Chemotherapy is not designed to assess the new Des chemotherapy, the traditional three different chemotherapy regimens of chemotherapy for advanced gastric cancer patients with postoperative quality of life and to explore the impact of related factors.Methods6 months after the adoption of the Chinese version of EORTC QLQ-C30 quality of life questionnaire of 36 patients with quality of life for investigation.Results(1) three different chemotherapy patients compared with the quality of life: the functional scale scores showed that the higher the better function, that is, the better quality of life. This feature in the sub-group data showed that scale: physical function, role function, cognitive function, social function of the new group and not chemotherapy Des chemotherapy group compared with no significant difference, and the scores were higher, with the above-mentioned two groups of traditional chemotherapy Group had a significant difference (P <0.05), but the traditional chemotherapy group scored lower; emotional functions are not traditional chemotherapy and chemotherapy had a significant difference (P <0.05), and no chemotherapy, a new auxiliary chemotherapy Group scores higher.Symptoms sub-scale, the lower the score showed that the more obvious symptoms, that is, the better quality of life. Information in this group of sub-scale showed symptoms: fatigue, insomnia symptoms, pain, loss of appetite symptom, not the traditional chemotherapy group and chemotherapy group compared with no significant difference between the new auxiliary chemotherapy group compared with traditional chemotherapy statistical difference Significance (P <0.05), and no chemotherapy, a new auxiliary chemotherapy group scored lower; symptoms of nausea and vomiting, difficulty in breathing symptoms of diarrhea, compared with three sets of economic difficulties, there was no statistically significant difference, and the new Des chemotherapy group Lower scores; symptoms of constipation of the new auxiliary chemotherapy group and not chemotherapy, the traditional chemotherapy group differences were statistically significant (P <0.05), and the new Des chemotherapy group scored lower. The overall quality of life table shows that the higher the score, the better quality of life. Information in this group as a whole quality of life table shows: not chemotherapy in patients with a score of 66.7 persons 16.7, a new auxiliary chemotherapy in patients with a score of 75.0 persons 12.5, the traditional chemotherapy in patients with scores of 25.0 to 25.0 persons, three groups of patients with the overall quality of life scores Compared to non-chemotherapy group and the new Des chemotherapy group was no significant difference, the above-mentioned two groups of traditional chemotherapy group differences were statistically significant (P <0.05), and the above-mentioned two groups scored higher.(2) the quality of life factors: The information in sex, age, education level, income and quality of life in patients with no statistically significant difference (all P> 0.05).ConclusionThe new study shows Des chemotherapy group than in the field are not better than traditional chemotherapy and chemotherapy, showed a new Des postoperative chemotherapy for patients with the superiority of the quality of life. This study was not in the chemotherapy group in a number of indicators also gained a high score, while traditional chemotherapy group scored lower is generally believed that chemotherapy in the treatment of gastric cancer can be played to kill residual cancer cells to prevent cancer recurrence, To improve the quality of life of patients, but the side effects of chemotherapy (in particular the impact of higher doses of chemotherapy) will also greatly reduce the quality of life of patients. Not chemotherapy patients did not experience pain after chemotherapy, may be a better quality of life. This study is not the long-term survival statistics and other important indicators, and therefore can not be denied chemotherapy for patients with gastric cancer. The overall quality of life table (GQL) of the new auxiliary chemotherapy group scored slightly higher than the chemotherapy group did not score, but the difference was not statistically significant, this may be related to this set of data or small sample size may be related to selective bias. It is also possible that EORTC QLQ C30 scale evaluation of the quality of life of patients with gastric cancer the lack of sensitivity of the investigation, if combined with gastric cancer for the QLQ ST022-specific scale, may increase the sensitivity, the better. Sex, age, educational level, economic factors such as advanced gastric cancer patients with little effect on quality of life.
