The Expression Of Centrosome Tubulin-α,γ And Ki-67 In CIN And Carcinoma Of Cervix

Objective: To detect the expression of centrosome tubulin-α,γand Ki-67 in chronic cervicitis ,Cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN) and Invasivecervical carcinoma (ICC) .And apporach the effect of tubulin-α,γand ki-67 in process of which from cervix chronic inflammation ,CIN to ICC. To find a new way of detecting uterine cervix cancer early and supply an new idea of forbiding canceration process.Methods: Choose some subjects that were in our hospital and definited by pathological section from Jan in 2003 to Jan in 2006. Include chronic cervicitis 23 cases, CINⅠ21 cases,CINⅡ20 cases,CINⅢ20 cases,ICC 21 cases. Formalin fixation biopsy specimen ,paraffin inbedding, sect serial 4μm sections. Use primary rat monoclonal antibody specific to human centrosome tubulin-α,γ,Ki-67 and immunohistochemical technique(SP).To research the expression of tubulin-α,γand Ki-67 in diffferent cervix tissues.Result: 1,What tubulin-αand tubulin-γexpressed are similar,the most positive express of them in intracytoplasm of squamous epithelium and glandular epithelium, dyeing is yellow or amber, while didn't dye in fibroblast,lymph cell and mononuclear phagocyte. The positive express become stronger by turn in all groups. In ICC group, the positive cell can be find in all epithelial lamina and intracytoplasm of tumor cell,a little in interstitial substance, dyeing is buffy. The positive of tubulin-α,tubulin-γin it is obviously stronger than other groups(p <0.05).The whole positive rate step up bu turns,the difference are significance.①To tubulin-α,there have no significance of difference in chronic cervicitis and CINⅠ(p>0.05), CINⅡand CINⅢ(p>0.05),besides, the comparison between every two groups have significance of difference(p<0.05).②To tubulin-γ,between chronic cervicitis and CINⅠ, CINⅠand CINⅡ,CINⅡand CINⅢhave no significance difference(p>0.05), the other comparison between every two groups have significance of difference.2,The expression of Ki-67 main in intranuclear of chronic cervix inflammatory cell, atypical hyperplasia cell and infiltrating carcinoma cell,dyeing is yellow or brown. The positive rate is increase gradually in all groups.Between chronic cervicitis and CINⅠ, CINⅡand CINⅢ,CINⅢand ICC have no significance of difference(p>0.05), the compare among other groups have significance of difference(p<0.05).3,There wre significant positive correlation among the expression of tubulin-α,tubulin-γand Ki-67 in erery cervix groups.Conclusion: The abnormal expression of tubulin-α,tubulin-γand Ki-67 may hint onset of uterine cervix cancer.The abnormal expression of tubulin-αand tubulin-γin cervix tissues may be a possible mechanism of cervix canceration.
