Objective:To analyze and evaluate the clinical effect of syndrome differentiation of TCM combined with cyclophosphamide stosstherapy in the treatment of RNS in children. Method: Use the method of retrospective analysis to analyze 56 cases of RNS who took TCM according to Bianzheng Lunzhi and simultaneously were given cyclophosphamide stosstherapy. The clinical effect and the untoward effect during the whole treatment were recorded, analyzed and evaluated emphatically. Results: Among 56 cases, 46 cases got complete remission, 10 cases got partial remission. The total effective rate was 100%; There was no untoward effect appeared such as gastrointestinal reaction, hemorrhagic cystitis, arrest of bone marrow, damage of liver function, hair to peel and so on; The symptoms and signs which were caused by using cortical hormone alleviated; There were 8 cases of relapse; The main symptom-complex was Qi deficiency of lung and spleen (34 cases, 60.71%). Conclusion:â‘ The key to improve the clinical effect was to nourish lung and spleen.â‘¡The usage of TCM could decrease the amount of cyclophosphamid and cortical hormone, and could reduce the untoward effect.â‘¢Syndrome differentiation of TCM combined with cyclophosphamide stosstherapy had confirmed clinical effect in treatment of RNS in children as well as important clinical sense.
