Objective:Medicine Rapid identification is the method that can get first step appraisal in medicine quality control(real or false) under simple test equipment condition, by adopting appearance identification, the thin layer chromatography, the chemistry identification, instrument analysis ect. The conclusion of analysis by this method is not ultimate conclusion, it play the role of first step choice in medicine selective test. The method is an essential technology supporting means in basic level worker seeking false medicine. Medicine rapid identification method include chemistry rapid identification, thin layer chromatography rapid identification and near-infrared false medicine identification ect. To develop a rapid identification method by fiber-optic sensor for determining injection spectrum and content rapidly. By determining ultraviolet absorption spectrum picture of the injection and comparing with standard spectrum picture, we can get the character of the injection. At the same time, making use of the advantage of ultraviolet absorption spectrum in quantitative analysis, we can carry on the quantitative analysis to injection by determining the absorbance in the given wavelength and making use of the standard curve to calculate sample contents. Methods:For differrent type of injection, the study will built methods about injection fiber-optic sensing rapid analysis using Fiber-Optic Sensing Drug Test System (FOSDT),which is developed by study group. The detector end of theFOSDT was dipped into the original solution of the injection or the solution diluted simplely from the injection, when information related to the samples was imported into the computer, it can show the scanning spectrum picture and provide drug content. And compare the consistency of this method with the method in Ch.P(2005)in regard to determination at the same time. The study of method is include: linearity experiment, accuracy experiment, recovery rate experiment etc. Result: The study has built 20 methods in the injection rapid analysis, including: 1) Bumetanide injection can be in-situ analysed by fiber-optic sensor without diluting. 2) 15 kind of injection such as Galanthamine Hydrobromide, Adenosine Disodium Triphosphate Injection, Chlorphenamine Maleate Injection can be rapidly analysed after simple diluted by fiber-optic sensor. 3) 4 kind of injection such as Vitamin B12 Injection,Vitamin B2 Injection, Haloperidol Injection, Chlorpromazine Hydrochloride Injection can be rapidly analysed after simple diluted by fiber-optic sensor operating without brightness.4) By determining the concentration and absorbance of contrast product solution, we can deduce out the theoretical formula of standard curvilinear, providing the technology sustain to the FOSDT commercialization. Conclusion: The determination results obtained by this method had no significant difference compared with the method in Ch.P 2005(P>0.05). Through extracting the characteristic spectrum picture of the injection in a moment, extracting the relevance parameter, analysing data by computer system, fiber-optic sensor can be used for rapid analysis injection.
