Objective:In the exvivo experiment,to explore the suitable temperature in three kinds of the temperature after radiofrequency ablation(RFA) by comparing the difference of the pathological feature and estrogen receptor(ER),progestin receptor(PR) in human uterine leiomyoma.In the invivo experiment,to initially approach the the safety of temperature control RFA by certifying that the suitable temperature is safe and effective,Methods:①90 patients with uterine leiomyoma were immediately treated by RFA after ectomizing the uterus in all cases。Specimens were obtained from the center tissue of ablation(Group A), marginal tissue of the ablation(Group B),tissues of 1cm far from the margin(Group C),and for immunohistochemical ER and PR analyses。Specimen obtained from untreated leiomyoma in the same uterine served as control group。②5 patients with uterine leiomyoma were treated by RFA in 60℃before ectomizing the uterus。Specimens were drawn the materials as the same as the specimens in the exvivo experiment,and for immunohistochemical ER and PR analyses。Results:①in the exvivo experiment,ER and PR optical density and postive unit in GroupA,GroupB and Group C were significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05)。The control group has no changes。in the group A and B,the ER optical density of 60℃and 80℃was higher than that of 100℃,and that of 60℃was the same as that of 80℃;the PR optical density in three temperature was differenct each other(P<0.05)。in the group C,the ER optical density in three temperature was no difference each other(P>0.05);the PR optical density of 80℃and 100℃was lower than that of 60℃(P<0.05),and that of 80℃was the same as that of 100℃(P>0.05)。②in the invivo experiment,the Specimens were treated by RFA in 100℃,ER and PR optical density and postive unit in GroupA,GroupB and Group C were significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05)。The optical density in GroupB was higher than that of group C。The phenomenon was the same as the result of the exvivo experiment。Conelusions:①In the exvivo experiment,the treatment of 100℃is the same as that of 80℃,and superior to that of 60℃。②100℃is a kind of suitable temperature in three temperature and five minutes。...
