Objective:To observe the effect of the timing of hepatic blood vessel reperfusion on intrahepatic bile duct of the rat with liver ischemia-reperfusion injuryMethods:The model of partial rat orthotopic liver ischemia-reperfusion was established. seventy-two rats were randomly divided into sham operation group(A), initial hepatic artery reperfusion group(B)and initial portal reperfusion group(C). The liver tissue samples, blood and bile were collected at 1,6,12,24 h after ischemia-reperfusion in both groupB and groupC. The microstructure of intrahepatic bile duct epithelial cells was observed after HE dyeing under microscopy. The biochemical data of blood and bile was collect too. Results: Results:①In both group (B) and group (C), the injury of intrahepatic bile duct epithelial cells aggravated gradually along with the reperfusion. The microstructural changes were observed, such as bile duct epithelial cells swelled seriously, chromosome dissolved, epithelial cells desquamated, basal membrane collapsed. The injury of group (C) was more serious than that in group(B) at the same time, especially after 6hours'reperfusion.②The GGT and glucose in bile, and the TBA in blood increased gradually, which were more significant in group (C)(P〈0.05).Conclusion: Compared with initial portal reperfusion, initial hepatic artery reperfusion can protect the intrahepatic bile duct of the rat against ischemia-reperfusion injury. The protective effect became more and more distinct along with the reperfusion.
