Objective:To explore a method which has the feature of TCM to institute the diagnostic criteria of zheng,research the syndrome differentiation regulation of diarrhea and institute the diagnostic criteria of zheng of diarrhea with this method.Method:Collect the articles concerning the treatment of diarrhea in the last decade,extract the characteristic symptom with the method of classified diagnostic test after the standardization of symptom and zheng,research the syndrome differentiation meanings of every symptom concerning diarrhea,institute the diagnostic criteria of zheng of diarrhea in the last.Results:Extract 13 zhengs of diarrhea through the standardization of zheng,analyze the syndrome differentiation meanings of every symptom concerning diarrhea,institute the diagnostic criteria of every zheng of diarrhea.Conclusions:Summarize detailed differentiation meanings of every symptom concerning diarrhea,institute the more standard diagnostic criteria of every zheng of diarrhea.So can guide the clinic and teaching better.Set up a method which has the feature of TGM to institute the diagnostic criteria of zheng.It has practical importance to institute the diagnostic criteria of common zheng with this method and this method can help to evaluate the clinical curative effect of Chinese medicine.
