Observation About Characteristic Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndromes In Patients With Late Gastric Cancer Prior Treatment And Post-treatmeng Of Thermochemotherapy

Objectives:By approach Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome before and after thermochemotherapy of late gastric cancer,to provide probable theory evidence for Chinese materia medical integrate thermochemotherapy.Methods:Select 60 patients of recrudescent late gastric cancer in ontology department of Fuzhou general hospital form 2007-2 to 2008-1,in using of prospective research method, to observe TCM syndrome of gastric cancer before and after chemotherapy(Docetaxel+ Fluorouracil+Cisplatin) combine thermotherapy,and analysis according to homologous diagnostic criteria of syndrome,by statistics to analyze the difference between before and after thermochemotherapy.Results:1.The main TCM syndrome of late gastric cancer is compound of the repletion and deficiency syndrome,the main pattern of syndrome are splenic asthenia;blood deficiency; blood stasis.2.Splenic asthenia,yin asthenia activities of qi blockage,humid heat aggravate after the thermochemotherapy,difference significant among splenic asthenia,yin asthenia activities of qi blockage by statistics(P＜0.05) humid heat,phlegmatic hygrosis,blood stasis,yang asthenia and blood deficiency have no differences(P＞0.05).3.Red tongue of the Gastric Cancer patients in this study is increased after thermochemotherapy therapy, difference significant in statistics(P＜0.05),coated tongue thin and yellowish fur,yellowish greasy tongue are increase and fine frequent pulse is increase,after thermochemotherapy therapy,there are no differences in coated tongue and pulse tracings(P＞0.05).Conclusion:1.The main Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome of late gastric cancer is compound of the repletion and deficiency syndrome,the main pattern of syndrome are plenic asthenia;blood deficiency;blood stasis.2.Constitutional symptom is obviously after thermochemotherapy.Compare to the symptoms before and after thermochemotherapy, splenic asthenia,yin asthenia activities of qi blockage,humid heat are aggravation,during the thermochemotherapy,the total splenic asthenia,yin asthenia activities of qi are obviously all the more.3.It's necessary to strength the methods of treatment that nourishing qi to invigorate spleen,nourishing yin and regulating vital energy during the thermochemotherapy time.
