The Pathogenesis And Therapeutic Method Of The Hyperextension Injuries Of Cervical Spinal Cord

Objective:To analysis the pathogenesis of the hyperextension injuries of cervical spinal cord,And provide the advice to an early right diagnosis for patients.Pulled down the misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis,and make a correspondent therapeutic method.Improve the disability situation with our best.Raise the survival rate and the quality of life.Method:Make a comprehensive review to the 37 cases of patients of the HEICSC of the affiliated hospital of Shandong TCM from september 2002 to 2007,to reveal the relationship between the pathogenesis of the HEICSC and the cervical degenerative disease,and compared the treatment between the conservative treatment group and the Surgery treatment group according to JOA score and ASIA grade.Analysis the related factors which impact the treatment of the HEICSC.And summarize the therapeutic method of HEICSC.Result:No matter the conservative treatment or the Surgery treatment, Compared with pre-treatment,the JOA score and ASIA grade has raised after treatment 3 months ago,P<0.05, there has significant Statistical significance.the treatment effectiveness of the Surgery treatment group is superior to the conservative treatment group. And the pathogenesis of the HEICSC is closely bound up with the cervical degenerative disease.Conclusion:The cervical degenerative disease is the base of the HEICSC.Both the conservative treatment method and the superior treatment method are effective for HEICSC,and the later is better.We should chose the specific treatment method according to the specific situation.
