The Influence Of Shengyu Decoction In The Hemopoiesis-reconstruction Of Bone Marrow Transplant Mice

Bone Marrow Transplant(BMT) is one of the effective methods for a variety of malignant and non-malignant tumors of blood and various other malignant solid tumors and severe immune system diseases.However,there are still many patients on clinic leading to transplant failure because of the low rate of hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells implantation and adverse hematopoietic reconstitution.The patients of BMT before the transplant must first accept a large number of chemotherapy or systemic radiation electrotherapy,its main purpose is to undermine the original residual immunity as well as to kill the cancer cells in vivo as far as possible.After radiotherapy and chemotherapy bone marrow suppression by the performance of the dysfunction of the blood belongs to the scope of Chinese blood deficiency,the paper carries on summary and analysis from the understanding of Chinese medicine on blood,the etiology and pathogenesis of blood deficiency,as well as pescription drug laws,selects clinical effective classic ancient prescription "Shengyu decoction" and trys to explore its role in bone marrow transplant and the elucidation of its mechanism of scientific content from the perspective of improveing bone marrow micro-environment and stimulating the body produce endogenous cytokines,thereby promoting stem cell proliferation,inhibition of apoptosis of bone marrow cells.The experimental results show that:Shengyu decoction for bone marrow suppression after BMT plays a certain role in increasing WBC,RBC,hemoglobin of peripheral blood,which may be mainly realized through modulating the expression of stem cell factor SCF and intercellular adhesion molecule ICAM-1,improving hematopoietic microenvironment,promoting hematopoietic reconstruction,and promoting bone marrow cell proliferation and differentiation of hematopoietic,and inhibiting bone marrow cell apoptosis. And with the use of G-CSF in promoting the proliferation and differentiation of bone marrow cells,in regulating stem cell factor SCF expression of bone marrow cells inhibit apoptosis, show a certain synergy, but in elevating WBC,RBC,Hb and in improving bone marrow micro-environment, have not observed significant synergies.
