Clinical Study On The Effect Of Transcervical Resection Of Adhesion And YiShen HuoXueFang In Treating Scancy Menstruation Caused By Induced Abortion

Objective: To observe the clinical treatment of YiShenHuoXueFang(YSHXF) treating kidney deficiency and blood stasis scancy menstruation caused by induced abortion after TCRA and explore its mechanism. Methods: 60 patients were randomized, after TCRA 30 patients of therapy group were treated with YSHXF, the control group were treated with KunLingPill, to observe treatment efficacy and affection on hemorheology,T lymphocyte subsets and MMP-9. Results: their symptoms were obviously improved,the totle effects were difference(P<0.05); there was significant difference in reducing the degree of IUA (P<0.01),the therapy group were obvious (P<0.05); the level of CD3,CD4, CD4/CD8 of therapy's were obviously elevated ,CD8 was obviously reduced and has significant difference connection (P<0.01). hemorheology of therapy's was distinctly improved and has difference connection (P<0.01orP<0.05).MMP-9of therapy's was distinctly improved and has difference connection (P<0.05).Conclusion: The treatment effect was significant, it may be achieved through correcting unbalanced immunity ,improving the blood high viscosity, balancing protein synthesis and decomposition ,preventing the reformulation of IUA.
