The Research Of The Traditional Chinese Medicine Intervention To Paroxysmal Atrial Fibrillation (PAF) With Stagnation Of QI Due To Depression Of The Liver & Neurotransmitter Experimentation

Objective: The observation of Dingxin Granule interfere in PAF with stagnation of QI due to depression of the liver which recover to sinus rhythm, so as to control or reduce the paroxysm of PAF, explore the effective mechanism of the treated prescriptions through observation of rat neurotransmitter effect,supply evidence for using new PAF preventing and curing treated prescriptions.Method: The 81 PAF patients were divided to treated group and control group and treated for four weeks with one month research following the treatment. Then the clinic curative effect and the improvement of the symptom were observed. The cardiogram's movement of maximum P-wave duration (Pmax) and P-wave dispersion (Pdis) were analyzed at the same time. The statistic analysis based on the data was undertaken at last. Experimental use SD rats 40,Open-male and female,Weight 198±18g,Were randomly divided into four groups, Drug group to a normal diet of Dingxin Granule or Propafenone feeding 60 days, Established model of liver Qi stagnation atrial fibrillation, Control group with ordinary feed, establish the atrial fibrillation model, Detection of each group epinephrine, acetylcholine content;Finally, the above results were statistically analyzed.Result: After Ridit checking and contrasting with the control group, the whole clinic curative rate of PAF and clinic effect rate of traditiona Chinese medicine were 90.48% and 83.33% respectively, and the differences were prominent. (P<0.05 and P<0.01 respectively). After using the drugs, the patients' paroxysm times and duration of AF in treated group were both reduced evidently. Compared with control group, the difference is prominent. The patients' Pmax and Pdis were also minified evidently after treating. SD rats induced Dingxin Granule Group few samples,the number of induced atrial fibrillation in 5min compared to the control group the differences were prominent (P<0.01) ,no significant difference compared to the Propafenone group;E,Ach content, the groups before and after induced atrial fibrillation.the differences were prominent (P<0.05) ,After induced Dingxin Granule group and the other group.E and Ach content, the differences were prominent (P<0.01) .no significant difference compared to the control group.Conclusion: The Dingxin Granule was proved to be effective to improve the clinical symptom and enhance the life quality of patients. It can evidently minify Pmax and Pdis and reduce the recrudescence times of AF and shorten the duration, which has no any noxious and adverse reactions. It is a new safe and effective office treatment (OT) Chinese traditional medicine.
