There were abundant resources of Chinese medicin.e in GuiZhou Province,which listed the forth in our country.So it was called the famous traditional Chinese medicine's town.According to the research,the endophytic fungi may had the same or similar metabolism product with the host.Thus extracted new drugs from endophytic fungi was a new direction.This research,from the perspective of endophytic fungi, hoped that not only undermined the existing resources of medicinal plants in Guizhou, but also benefitied the pharmaceutical industry to develop the natural active substances.This paper involved three parts.(1)The endophytic fungi from the medical plants in GuiZhou province were isolated.(2)After a small amount of endophytic fungi fer -mentation,the antibacterial activity of its extracts was tested through antimicrobial experiments;(3)Through activity tracking method,the main chemical composition of one endophytic fungi which isolated from Alpinia zerumbet was been researched.The results achieved were following:1.A total of 102 endophytic fungi were isolated from 6 medicinal plants in GuiZhou province.2.Antibacterial activity of endophytic fungi of their metabolites were screened with antibiotic resistance bacteria.Found the endophytic fungi extracts which from Alpinia zerumbet had good antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus.3.According to the micorphology of fungi,the endophytic fungi which separated from Alpinia zerumbet was identified Trichothecium spp.After fermented,nine compounds were identified by spectroscopic analysis together with physicochemical data among the extracts of mycelium ethyl parts.The compounds were isolated and indentified.They were 7-deoxyrosenonolactone(SR-1),erogosterol(SR-2),ergosterol 5α,8α-peroside(SR-3),6-hydroxyrosenonolactone(SR-4),rosenonolactone(SR-5),dotr -icontanoic acid(SR-6),hexadecanoic acid(SR-7),daucostenol(SR-8),sucrose(SR-9). By the screening of bacteriostasis activity,which found that 6-hydroxyrosenonolac -tone and 7-deoxyrosenonolactone had special bacteriostasis activity to Bacillus subtilis,Micrococcus luteus and Staphylococcus aureus.
