The paper mainly describes the studies on the chemical constituents of the Reineckea carnea(Andr.) Kunth.from Guizhou province,China.The volatile oil from Reineckea carnea(Andr.) Kunth.was isolated by simultaneous distillation extraction and ananlyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The relative content of each component of the volatile oil was calculated by area normalization. Fifty-eight Compounds were identified through computer retrieval.The main compounds have eleven in the volatile oil.The compounds were separated by means of solvent extraction,repeated chromatogramphy with silica gel and Sephadex LH-20. Twenty-five compounds were obtained from the present research.,among them,the structures of twenty-one compounds were characterized by IR,1H-NMR,13C-NMR, and MS spectral data.The chemical constituents of volatile oil from Reineckia carnea(Andr.)kunth grown in Guizhou Province were studied.The volatile oil from Reineckia carnea (Andr.)kunth was isolated by simultaneous distillation extraction and ananlyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The relative content of each component of the volatile oil was calculated by area normalization.Fifty-eight compounds were identified through computer retrieval.The ratio of identification of total compounds was 81.64%.The main constituents were Trans-caryophyllene(7.01 %),Linalool L(6.97%),and Pinocarvone(5.45%),(-)Myrtenal(5.36%), Berkheyaradulen(5.32%),Caryophyllene oxide(4.62%),Triacontane(4.35%), Camphor(4.00%),1-Octen-3-OL(2.48%),4-Vinyl-2-methoxy-phenol(2.48%), Tricyclene(2.06%).The Reineckia carnea(Andr.)kunth was isolated and compounds were gained. From the Reineckia carnea(Andr.)kunth,25 compounds were isolated and 21 of them were elucidated as Ursolic acid(JXC-1),7-Methoxy-8-methyl-4'-hydroxy-flavone (JXC-2),1-O-Hexadecanolenin(JXC-3),Hexadecaneoic acid(JXC-4),Tetradecanoic acid(JXC-5),Methyl linoleate(JXC-6),N-p-coumaroyltyramine(JXC-7), 1,6-Dihydroxy-8-methyl-xanthane(JXC-8),Yriacontane(JXC-9),Daucostero(JXC-10) ,Stigmasterol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(JXC-11),2-Decyl-6-((1E,10Z)-nonadeca-1,1 0-dienyl)-5-O-β-D-glucopyranosylmorpholin-3-one(JXC-12),Pentologenin(JXC-13), Rhodeasapogenin 1-0-a-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-2)-β-D-xylopyranoside(JXC-14), KitigeninS-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(JXC-15),Kitigenin(JXC-16),(1β,3β,16β,22S)-cholest-5-ene-1,3,16,22-tetro11,16-di-(β-D-glucopyranoside)(JXC-17),Neoaspidistrin (JXC-18),Quercetin-3-0-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-6)-β-D-glucopyranoside(JXC-19), myo-Inositol(JXC-20),β-Sitosterol(JXC-21),among which,fifteen compounds, JXC-1,JXC-2,JXC-3,JXC-4,JXC-5,JXC-6,JXC-7,JXC-8,JXC-9,JXC-11, JXC-12,JXC-14,JXC-18,JXC-19,JXC-20 were isolated for the first time from the Reineckia carnea(Andr.)kunth.In addition,JXC-2,JXC-12 were two new compounds.
