Article dental implants are used extensively in clinics. However, the increasing use of implants have uncovered many new problems that must be addressed through scientific research. Traditional implant-method cannot accommodate large-width roots. There is bone absorption near the interface of bone-implants. Low bioactive implant is harmful to the health of patients'. Bone osteo-integration needs a long time. Biomedical research should involve biological activity and safety. Mechanical research should involve the influence of the stress and bend to the bone structure, as well as the shape and size of implants, the structure and property of implants. Investigation of implant bioactivity and relieving the suffering of patients'should be a future area of research in implants. The integration of mechanics and biomedicine is an important factor in the development of implants. The aim of this thesis is to explore new technique that the implant could be poured in alveolar bone, freeze in a short time. This implant could relieve the suffering of patients'. This thesis adopts a method based upon principles of chemistry, mechanics and biomedicine to prepare article implants. The specific research methods and results can be summarized as follows: First, the rudimentary theory of implant is surveyed to explain the basic medical parameters. A new chemical method is then introduced to prepare new-type implant which is fit for immediate-plant method .The implant of this type could be poured in alveolar bone, the implant can also freeze and curdle in a short time. Although properties of this type of a new method to prepare implants. As a second step, bioactive material is used to prepare an artificial implant that can accelerate the bone ingrowth. A biotic safety experiment is carried out to ensure that the implant is not sensitive to organism. Finally, MSC/NASTRAN software is used for static analysis of a model containing both the implant and alveolar bone. The results indicate that both the elastic ratio and Poisson's ratio can influence the interface stress distribution. Determine the adaptive Young's modulus range by comparing 30 different Young's modulus static analysis. When the Poisson's ratio is fixed, the elastic ratio is varied to determine its influence on the stress distribution at the interface of the implant and alveolar, as well as the transfer of the bone stress from implant to alveolar bone.
