With the increasing of people's concern to information technology, people's attention was paid to how improved the users'acceptance of information technology. It is a critical task to explore the reasons of users'acceptance/refusal of information technology. At present, a lot of research productions were achieved about technology acceptance behavior. The impact mechanism of individual's belief and attitude on user's intention and actual behavior was proposed and supported by many empirical researches. However, the lack researches about acceptance of information technology in medical industry were brought on the lag informatization of medical industry. Moreover, new characteristics were introduced to information technology by mobile technology. Therefore, it is necessary to investigate users'acceptance of Mobile Homecare Systems (MHS).Based on the research results of users'acceptance of information technology, the users'acceptance of information technology and the users'usage process were analyzed, also the key factors of medical personnel'acceptance of information technology were summarized. Referenced related theory models, the model of medical personnel'acceptance of MHS was established and a questionnaire was designed for examination of proposed model. The data collected by questionnaires was analyzed by structural equation modeling using SPSS13 and LISREL8.70. Also in this paper some discussions about the interrelations of structure variables in proposed model were made. The conclusions were obtained as follows: medical personnel'behavioral intentions were affected by both medical personnel perceived usefulness of MHS and medical personnel perceived ease of use of MHS. The degree of influence of perceived usefulness to behavioral intention was more powerful than that of perceived ease of use. Social norm,task-technology fit and perceived ease of use were the factors of perceived usefulness and task-technology fit are the most powerful factors. Medical personnel perceived ease of use was affected by both task-technology fit and Proficiency.
