Expression And Clinical Significance Of CD44v6 In Peripheral Blood Lymphocyte And Cancerous Tissue Of Patients With Breast Cancer

Objective:To detect and investigate the value of CD44v6 in preoperative peripheral blood lymphocyte(PBL) and cancerous tissue of patients with breast carcinoma,and to compare the correlation of them.In order to find some accurate,simple and speedy index,which can evaluate the bionomics of breast carcinoma before operation,direct how to choose the therapeutic regimen.Methods:The 40 women patients with breast carcinoma of our hospital were choice based on our standardizes,and we took 2-5g cancerous tissues and 2ml preoperative peripheral blood of them as experimental group.Another,we took 10 normal breast tissues(2-3g per person)and 20 normal women's peripheral blood(2ml per person) as control group.All of them were made into cell suspension(106).And the counts of CD44v6 were determined by flow cytometry. The difference of the counts of CD44v6 between experimental group and control group,between endo-experimental group were analyzed by the unpaired two-tailed t-test according to homoscedasticity. And the correlation of the counts of CD44v6 between the preoperative PBL and the cancerous tissue was analyzed by linear-correlation-test. And the result was expressed in the form of x±s. And the value of P<0.05 was considered to be statistically significant. All the statistical analysis were completed by SSPS13.0.Results: Both the counts of CD44v6 in the preoperative PBL and the cancerous tissue were obviously correlated with the occurrence(breast carcinoma >normal control),the primartumor size(larger than 3cm>smaller than 3cm),the TNM Staging(stageⅢ-Ⅳ> stageⅠ-Ⅱ) and the lymphatic metastasis (lymphatic metastasis>non-lymphatic metastasis)of breast carcinoma(P<0.01).But neither them were correlated with the category of tumors,the age of patients,the state of menstruation and the level of sexual hormone(P>0.05).And there was an obviously direct correlation between them.( P<0.01).Conclusion:1. Both the counts of CD44v6 in the preoperative PBL and the cancerous tissue were obviously correlated with the clinical pathology and bionomics.2.CD44v6 had take part in the process of the carcinogenesis,development,infiltration and transfer of the breast cancer.3. The counts of CD44v6 in the preoperative PBL could reflect the change of the tumor tissues.4.There was a considerable clinical significance for diagnosis and evaluation of breast carcinoma,using FCM to detect the counts of CD44v6 in the preoperative PBL.
