A Clinical Study About TYT To Improve The Life Quality Of The Patients Who Is Suffered From Endometriosis

Objective: The purpose of this study is to examine the clinical effects of preparation which is spreaded on navel-TYT in the treatment of endometriosis and its possible underlying mechanism.Methods: One hundred and five patients with endometriosis were equally divided into three groups at random: group A (treated with TYT), group B(treated with TJT), and group C(treated with danazol). Clinical symptoms were observed and endometrium cyst,CA125 in serum,EMAb in serum were detected before and after the treatments for evaluation of the effects, and blood,urine,liver's functions and kidney's functions were tested before and after the treatments to elementarily evaluate drug's security.Results: After medicated six months, the total clinical effective rate of TYT group,TJT group and danazol group were respectively 50%,45.45% and 75.76%, the differences among the three groups were inapparent(P> 0. 05); the clinical recovery rate of the three groups were respectively 5.88%,3.03% and 9.09%, the differences among the three groups were inapparent(P> 0. 05). The therapeutical effects of the three groups had significant differences on the therapy of dysmenorrhea(P<0. 05), thereinto, the difference between TYT group and TJT group was inapparent(P > 0.05) ; it had statistic significance that TYT group compared with danazol group(P<0. 05), and so did TJT group(P < 0.05) . All the three groups showed significant improvements on pelvic pain(P<0. 05), however, there were no significant differences among the three groups(P> 0. 05). All the three groups showed inapparent improvements on abnormal menstruation(P> 0. 05), there were no significant differences among the three groups either(P> 0. 05). TYT group and TJT group can not manifest improve coitionache(P> 0. 05), only danazol group can improve coitionache(P< 0. 05), but there were no significant differences among the three groups(P>0. 05). Both TYT group and danazol group have the effect of reducing endometrium cyst(P< 0.05), but the differences among the three groups were inapparent(P> 0. 05). Both TYT group and danazol group have the effect of debasing EMAb in serum(P< 0.05), the differences among the three groups were significant(P<0. 05), thereinto, the difference between TYT group and TJT group was inapparent(P >0. 05); it had statistic significance that TYT group compared with danazol group(P<0. 05), and so did TJT group(P<0. 05). All the three groups can eliminate CA125 in serum(P<0. 05), the differences among the three groups were inapparent(P> 0. 05).Conclusion: Applying preparation which is spreaded on navel-TYT to cure endometriosis can manifest relieve dysmenorrhea and pelvic pain of the patients, rectify the immunity dysfunction, elevate life quality, furthermore, it had found that TYT only had few side effects up to now. All in all, TYT is good for extending use.
