| Chinese medical cases are great treasures of traditional Chinese medicine, they reflect a comprehensive ways of treatment.They not only record the medical activities,but also reflect a wealth of experiences of doctors.This thesis probed the development of TCM and its syndrome-treatment and prescription-drugs through combining documentary study with modern statistic method,and more consulting and new ideas preventing and treating diabetes of TCM effectively were wished to be offered.Firstly,using documentary method to gather and sorting out ancient diabetic document of TCM,and summarizing and reviewing generally diabetic thesis of doctors in every dynasty from history,disease cause,pathogenesis, differentiation of symptoms and signs,principle of treatment, prescription-drugs and so on.Trying to find the developing regular of treating diabetes of TCM in accordance with difference of symptoms and signs,which was basic research of documentary study in future.Secondly,to establish the database of prescription treating diabetes of TCM,and using the software of SAS to deal with frequency,factor analysis and clustering analysis,and analyzing the regulation and characteristics of syndrome-treatment of diabetes of TCM from frequency and dosage.An important conclusion was made that tonifying drug and heat-clearing drug are two main kinds of drugs treating diabetes of TCM,and it was also concluded that pathogenesis change of diabetes of TCM were deficiency of qi and yin and water-dampness stagnating in body through factor analysis,and prescription-drugs matching relation of diabetes of TCM was also got through clustering analysis.Finally,the combination of documentary study and modern statistic method pointed that benefiting YIN and clearing the fire is basic at Present, supplementing QI and invigorating blood circulation is the key,soothing YIN and YANG to inhibit the compliments. |
