Chongqing Charitable Medical Assistance On Operating (Developing) Mode Research

The four session of 16^th Chinese Communist Party Congress resolution clearly put forward the need to"Perfect The Social Insurance , Social Assistance ,Social Welfare and Charitable Business of convergence of the social security system ,clear the charity `s status and role. Since 1949,china`s charity business suspension of more than 40 years, although the past 30 years of reforming and opening up have made rapid development ,the business is still emerging, many exports and scholars who have enthusiasm in the cause of charity on the development of china-related issues, straighten out the relationship , and promote the healthy and rapidly development.The paper attempt to explore the charity-aid mode of Chongqing rural area and promote the new rural construction and urban and rural area from the implementation of the"Western Education ,Health Care plan"charitable projects in recent years in three gorges reservoir.
