These include the diseases of digestive system, blood system, endocrine system, circulatory system, in addition, renal disease, metabolic disease. The article also expounds briefly the cutaneous manifestations of internal malignancies, including skin metastases and paraneoplastic skin diseases. Often the skin manifestations of systemic disease are vague and nonspecific. There is no useful classification for cutaneous manifestations of systemic disease , and in our work, we may meet some new skin manifestation. So this needs summarizing and researching constantly.
