ObjectiveTo determine if there are differences among the level of paraoxonase,oxidatively modified low density lipoprotein,endothelin-1,nitric oxide,blood fat in normal pregnancy women and the patients of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy. Some of the above factors maybe can damage the function of endotheliocytes.The purpose of the examination is to investigate the pathogenesy of the disease.Methods15 patients of gestational hypertension,15 patients of gently preeclampsia,30 patients of severe preeclampsia and 30 normal pregnancy women were chosen in random.The level of oxLDL and ET-1 contained in serum were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).To determine the level of NO by the method of nitric acid recovery.The activity of paraoxonase in serum is surveyed by absorption spectrometry.The level of blood fat is measured by enzymic method.Results1.The level of blood fat:The level ofTG,TC,LDL and VLDL are conspicuous higher in hypertensive patients than the normal gravidas(P<0.01).But the level of HDL in case group is conspicuous lower than the control group(P<0.01).The difference between the case group is significant(P<0.01).2.The activity of paraoxonase in case group is lower than the control group (P<0.01).The activity of paraoxonase in severe group is significant higher than the gentle patients(P<0.01).3.The level of oxLDL contained in serum in case group is higher than control group(P<0.01).In the case group,the level of oxLDL is higher if the illness is severe(P<0.01). 4.The level of ET-1 in case group is higher than control group(P<0.01).The level of ET-1 is higher,the illness is severe(P<0.01).5.The level of NO is lower in case group than the normal gravidas(P<0.01).The level of NO is lower,the illness is severe(P<0.01).6.There is positive correlation between the activity of paraoxonase and the level of serum HDL(r=0.638,P<0.01).And there is inverse correlation between the activity of paraoxonase and the level of serum oxLDL(r=-0.607,P<0.01).There is positive correlation between the level of serum LDL and oxLDL(r=0.951,P<0.01). There is inverse correlation between the level of serum oxLDL and NO(r=-0.459, P<0.01).And there is positive correlation between the level of serum oxLDL and ET-1(r=0.532,P<0.01).There is inverse correlation between the level of serum NO and ET-1(r=-0.478,P<0.01).ConclutionsThe level of paraoxonase in case group is lower than the control group.The activity of paraoxonase is higher,the illness is severe.And when the blood fat is higher,the disease is more severe.So its protection to LDL and HDL is weak.The formation of oxLDL is multiple.The oxLDL can increase the formation of ET-1 and decrease the generation of NO.oxLDL also can damage the function of endotheliocytes.All the above factors can cause endothelial dysfunction.So all the above factors may play important role in the invasion of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.
