Objectives:To explore the preemptive analgesia of lornoxicam used preoperatively in gall stone patients undergoing surgery。Methods:40 patients with gall stone,ASAⅠ-Ⅱlevel,were selected.Patient age ranged from 30 to 60 years, and liver, kidney, and pulmonary functions tested preopratively were basically normal.40 cases were divided randomly by double-blind into two groups, group L(20 cases)and group H(20 cases).Patients in group L,were give 8mg lornoxicam through intravenous infusion, before anesthesia, and received fentanyl for postoprative PCIA.In group H were alse given 8mg lornoxicam, not before anesthesia, but immediately at the end of the abdominal operative, and received fentanyl for postoperative PCIA as well. All data were treated statistically by using VASt test x2 test, spss 13.0 for windows statistical software for statistical analysis with p<0.05 taken for significant difference. Results:The pain scores in group L patients at different time slots were slightly lower than that of group H,but the total amount of fentanyl used up for postoperative analgesia was less than that of group H.Serum CRP,COR,BS,IL-2,IL-6,IL-10 concentration in both groups showed no significantly different(P>0.05).At postoperative 0h,6h, 24h,CRP,COR,BS levels in group H were significantly higher than that of group L(P<0.05).Two groups of patients with serum IL-2,IL-6 concentration was not significantly different(P>0.05),after the 0 h,6h, 24h,H Group IL-2,IL-6 levels significantly higher than that of group L (P<0.05).serum IL-10 concentration in both groups showed no significantly different(P>0.05),at 0 h,6h,24h,Serum IL-10 concentration in Group H was significantly lower than of group L(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.lornoxicam preemptive analgesia might reduce the amount of opiates used for postoperative PCIA.2.lornoxicam preemptive analgesia might effectively inhibit postoperative stress reactions.3.lornoxicam preemptive analgesia might inhibit the formation of inflammatory factors but might activate the production of autiinflammatory factors.
