| Realgar,a naturally occurring arsenical sulfide has been combined with Chinese herbal medicine as a mineral Chinese traditional medicine.Realgar and some compounds with realgar have many curative effects.It is very important in Chinese traditional medicines.But the type of insoluble rough mineral and an overdose of cinnabar in drugs,have led to occasional intoxication and toxicity exceeding international criterion.Meanwhile,mercury is a toxic heavy metal, making somebody uncomfortable.So it is restrict in international market.Based on the above reason,the paper aims treat realgar with Acidthiobacillus ferriixidans, and compare the different effects of the realgar lixivium leached by ordinary Acidthiobacillus. ferrooxidans and the arsenic-tolerant acclimatized Acidthiobacillus.ferrooxidans as well as to study the bacteriostasis function of the realgar microorganism lixivium in vivo and in vitro,and has preliminarily examined the medical efficacy of the realgar microorganism lixivium after measuring the acute toxicity of it.Through the shaking flask test,we processed 200 meshed sieves of the realgar powder with the above two types of Acidthiobacillus.ferrooxidans in the OK culture medium,and measured the water-soluble arsenic change during the shaking experiment,then we drew a conclusion: ordinary Acidthiobacillus,ferrooxidans need short time to have the realgar lixiviated out but has poor lixiviating effect on high-concentrated realgar while the arsenic-tolerant acclimatized Acidthiobacillus.ferrooxidans react slower but has a better lixiviating effect on high-concentrated realgar at a high rate.After researching the bacteriostasis impact of the realgar microorganism lixivium and that of the realgar produced through traditional water-refining method in vitro,we find that the realgar microorganism lixivium has obvious inhibiting effect on the Colon bacillus,the Staphylococcus aureus,the Candida albicans,the Bacillus subtilis,the Bacillus cereus,the Enterococcus faecalis, the P.Aeruginosa,the drug-resistant Staphylococcus epidermidis and the non drug-resistant Staphylococcus epidermidis;however,the realgar produced through traditional water-refining method,no matter its aqueous suspension or suspending agent,has no bacteriostasis function at all.The measuring result of the LD50of the realgar microorganism lixivium proves that the realgar microorganism lixivium has certain toxicity.After studying the bacteriostasis function of less than half concentration of the LD50dose of the lixivium in vivo,the research shows that the realgar microorganism lixivium can effectively inhibit the staphylococcus aureus and the P.Aeruginosa from reproducing within the mouse's body,therefore has raised the surviving chance of it.The dormifacient experiment proves that the realgar microorganism lixivium has remarkable effect in inhibiting the central nervous system and it can notably prolong the sleeping time of the mouse under the Pentobarbital Sodium's influence.Through the high temperature-resistant and the writhing tests,they prove that the realgar microorganism lixivium owns certain analgesic function,moreover,anti-inflammatory function has been found from the realgar microorganism lixivium proved by the swelling experiment of mouse's ear. |
