The Empirical Study for Tissue Engineered Biological Activity Periosteum Used in Spinal Fusion of Lumbar Intertransverse Process in Rabbits[Objective]to appraise the effect of out-of-body construction tissue engineered biological for bone transplantation surrogate using and spinal fusion of lumbar intertransverse process in rabbits.[Method]out-of-body construction tissue engineered biological implant in 24 healthy adult New Zealand rabbits of lumbar intertransverse process.Each rabbit is taken three transverse process gaps LeftL4,5,6,RightL4,5,6.implant Three kinds of materials: imbedding RightL4,5the induced bone mesenchymal tissue stem cells combination with the pig's small intestine submucosa SIS(A);imbedding RightL5,6the cytoskeleton(B);imbedding the LeftL5,6autoallergic flank bone.,Operation the rabbits after 12W,observe the manual palpation,radiography,histology test.[results]manual palpation compared,A,C hasn't statistically significant,but each other has statistically significant with B.By radiography observation,A,C groups' lumbar intertransverse has bone trabecula significantly,but B hasn't bone density.A group I-ollagen,osteocalcin immunohistochemistry dyeing is hadro-masc,which has statistically significant with C,but B group hasn't masc.[Conclusion]Using SIS to compound induced bone mesenchymal tissue stem cells out-of-body construction tissue engineered biological is good surrogate.
