| Objectives: To study the differential diagnosis value of dynamic contrast and digital subtraction MRI between benign and malignant breast lesions. Methods: Dynamic contrast and digital subtraction MRI of breast lesions in 97 patients (109 lesions) verified by histopathology were analyzed retrospectively in this study. Results: Dynamic contrast and digital subtraction MRI between benign and malignant breast lesions were different in the enhancement types, enhanced lesions way, time-signal intensity curve pattern, early-phase enhancement rate, peak time, vascular type ,those were significant different (p<0.05). The six indexes were useful for improving the diagnostic accuracy. The MRI typical performance of breast cancer edge was appearance anomaly, the way of enhancement was filling, curve of Si-Time was increasing and falling quickly, the early enhancement rate was =90%, peak time located 2 minutes pasts, mustered vascular could be seen. The MRI typical performance of breast benign tumor was smooth for edge, early enhanced form was tuberculous, the way of enhancement was enlarge, curve of Si-Time was list mutually type, the early enhancement rate was <90%, peak time located 5 minutes later. The DWI could show accurately the lymph node of the armpit abnormality, 12 cases of 47 breast cancer cases with lymph node metastasis showed high signal in DWI image that did not decrease with increasing b value, similar to the 9 benign enlarged responsive proliferative lymph nodes. But the former showed higher signal than the later. The ADC values were (1.119±0.138)×10-3mm2/s and (1.724±0.1115) ×10-3mm2/s respectively, and showed significant different between two groups (p<0.05).Conclusion: Dynamic contrast and digital subtraction MRI has obvious advantages in the differential diagnosis of breast neoplasm. DWI and ADC values are secure scatheless, accurate, and quickly methods to judge the lymph node either metastasis or hyperplasia. |
