Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae, which is the desiccational and maturational fruit coats of Citri Reticulata Blanco togeter with its cultivated variety, has the effect managing gas tonifying spleen and the eliminating dampness reducing phlegm. The materia medica is divided into Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae ( the fruit coats of Citri Reticulatae'Tangerina', Citri Reticulatae'Dahongpao'and Citri Reticulatae'Unshiu'which from Fujian, Chongqing and Zhejiang) and Guang Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae(the fruit coat of Citri Reticulata'Chachi'which from Xinhui and sihui in Guangdong).The mass expanding Guang pericarpium citri reticulatae among them is excellent ,which takes Xinhui pericarpium citri reticulatae as genuine medicinal materials.Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae main contain two species chemical composition(total flavone and volatile oil).D-limonene is the essential component of the volatile oil and the hesperidin is the essential component of the total flavone .Pericarpium citri reticulatae has the statements of "Guang goods"and "the longer the better",because if the reserve time increasingly long, the medical effect of Pericarpium citri reticulatae is different, market price is also high, at the same times, some others had appeared to pretend to be Xinhui Pericarpium citri reticulatae , through dyeing skin with tea. What is show the "genuine" and "the older the better".Which is the material foundation.therefore,it's Urgent need to study on effective constituent for pericarpium citri reticulatae from xinhui and different place, different years and different collection period. to supply evidence to utilize pericarpium citri reticulatae deeply.The extraction and analysis methods of total flavones in pericarpium citri reticulatae, were discussed in this thesis.The volatile oil was extracted from pericarpium citri reticulatae,and analysed by GC-MS. The main contents and conclusions were prvided as follows.(1) Assaying of total flavones .The contents of total flavones in pericarpium citri reticulatae,were determined by UV spectrophotometry. The optimum conditions for this experiment were found:Wavelength:283nm; The data of this content and absorbance formed a standard curve,namely A=0.033C+0.013,regress coefficient r=0.9993;The recovery of samples was 98.77%~101.6%.The operation was easy,accurate and reliable,and it can be used to determine total flavones in pericarpium citri reticulatae.(2) In order to optimize the extraction condition, base on simplex agent, design was applied for orthogonal experiment method. Emphasis tested the density of solvent; the ratio of material and the extract time were.The optimum condition parameter is 60% alcohol as solvent; the ratio of material andsolvent 1:25; extracting times with 2h for one time.(3) To determin the total flavone contents for pericarpium citri reticulatae from different place, different years and different harvest times in XinHui . Result is the contents of the total flavone in XinHui dried tangerine peel is low than the other place. genuine medicinal materials foundation will is research deeply; times is longer the content of the total Flavonen is higher; The content of green tangerine orange peel is highest, with reddish lower, and bright red lowest.(4) To determin the hesperidin contents for different different years and different harvest times in XinHui dried tangerine peel. Result is times is longer the content of the hesperidin is higher; The content of green tangerine orange peel is highest, with reddish lower, and bright red lowest.(5) The extraction and analysis of volatile oil from pericarpium citri reticulatae.choice 12 essential component and analysis for different years and different harvest times in XinHui dried tangerine peel. Result is low boiling point component slow-moving; The essential component changed obviously; Citri Reticulata'Chachi'particular component don't changed mainly; High boiling point component is also slow-moving. And the content of naphtha of different harvest times is the same with the storage.
