| Objective: To observe the change of ShenNingShuiWan on the MsPGN rats Proteinuria , blood-fat, renal function, renal pathomorphology , the expression of renal TNF-α, discuss the possible effect mechanism of ShenNingShuiWan on the prevention and cure of MsPGN .Method: Sixty male wister rats were randomly divided into four groups: Blank, Model, TWP and ShenNingShuiWan group. Get rid of the blank outside, Adopt imm-unology method other three set without exception, copy MsPGN model, determine every contents of group rat 24h urine protein, Check every group ratLDL,BUN,Scr, Expressing checking every group rat kidney organization TNF-α.The result: 1.24h urinary protein quantitative analysis showed that: At the 6th, 8th,12th weekend,the excretion of urinary protein in Model group was higher than Normal group's(P<0.01). At the 12thweekend,model group urine protein compared with two treatment groups,had the unusual significance difference (P<0.01)2.At the 12th weekend each group of biochemistryanalysis showed that: LDL, BUN,Scr of the two treatment group was decent than Model group(P<0.01),3.Nephridial tissue pathomorphology showed that: Compared with the model group, the pathology change of two treatments groups obviously reduces,matrix index remarkable dropped(P<0.01)4.In nephridial tissue, Compared with model group the expression of TNF-αwas obviously dropped in two treatments groups(P<0.01).Conclusion: Shen Ning Shuiwan can effectively reduce the tubular, interstitial inflammatory response,Improve its pathological damage,protect renal function and prevent renal interstitial fibrosis, ShenNingShuiWan is an effective prescription for MsPGN... |
