Objective: Discussion the application value and clinical significance of radionuclide SPECT inspection in conjunctivochalasis patient.Method: Choose the epiphora patient in conjunctivochalasis 24 examples (48 eyes), divides into 3 levels according to the flaccid ball conjunctiva stack position, in which each level of 8 examples (16 eyes), and chooses the normal person 8 examples to be the control group. All selected candidates carry on the radionuclide SPECT inspection and the fluorescein test. Select 10examples (20 eyes) the patient carries on operate ,and repeat the SPECT inspection once more after operate. Results: T1/2 values between CCH1 and the control group have no difference (p> 0.05); the difference is significant which is comparison of the T1/2 values of CCH2, CCH3 and the control group (p< 0.01); T1/2 values between CCH3 and CCH2 have the obvious difference (p< 0.01); T1/2 values in post-opearative patients was obviously lower than the pre-opearative T1/2 values (p< 0.01); The FCT retards rate of CCH2, CCH3 is higher than CCH1 obviously, which has statistics significance (P< 0.01).Conclusions: The radionuclide SPECT inspection has the vital clinical significance to conjunctivochalasis patient's detection with the surgery curative effect appraisal.
