Objective To enhance awareness of risk factors,clinical diagnosis and treatment of DVT, to improve effect of treatment,reduce medical costs,and improve the quality of life.Methods The retrospective analysis of 108 cases cases diagnosised DVT,Combined related literature to conclude the Experience.Results Most of the 108 DVT patients were over 40-year-old age,40-50 age group accounted for the largest proportion;96.30%of patients had DVT risk factors,which was over 40-year-old age(73.15%),surgery(33.33%),smoking(15.74%),hypertension (14.81%),diabetes(12.04%),malignant tumor(12.04%),fractures(12.04%),infectious diseases(10.19%),arterial and heart disease(9.26%) and lower extremities varices(8.33%). The most common symptoms of DVT was limb swelling 98.15%(106 cases),lower limb pain77.78%(84 cases),muscle tension increased 75.00%(81 cases),the activities limited 53.70%(58 cases),At the same time with pain,swelling and muscle tension increased 58.33%(63 cases);DVT involving the location to the left leg,a mixed-type,Leg vein;Treatment mainly involved Anticoagulation,thrombolytic.Conclusion Genetic factors,Acquired risk factors and so on can lead to deep vein thrombosis, the possibility increases with age.Thrombosis cause-related,Based on clinical symptoms and signs cannot be clear diagnosised,The scientific basis of clinical diagnostic methods for the assessment model,D-dimer testing and intravenous ultrasound examination of the results of the line-derived diagnosis,as appropriate,select the appropriate steps to quickly clear diagnosis of diagnosis,reduce costs thrombolysis,anticoagulant therapy is still the primary means of treatment,so that the emergence of low-molecular-weight heparin.anticoagulant therapy more effective and safe;dose oral anticoagulant drugs,treatment should be individualized.
