Objective: To discuss the reasons,the clinical features and the prognosis of the SAH patients who have negative results of the DSA examination.Methods: Make the contrast analyze of the 37 cases that have negative results of the DSA examination and 126 cases that have positive results of the DSA examination.Results: Among the patients who have negative results of the DSA examination,19 patients have hypertension, and those who have hyperlipemia are 17 cases.10 patients have Diabetes. 9 cases have smoking behavior. All patient's Hunt and Hess Index belong to leve l-â…¢.After treatment, the average time of the intracranial hypertension is 4.3 days. And the average time of the disorders of consciousness is 0.3 day. The average score of NIHSS Index is 0.3. On CT imaging, the number of cases with tiny bleeding of brain is 25,and there are 19 cases conform to perimesencephalic nonaneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage (PNSH).Conclusion: We find that those negative patients have such features: the age tend to be older, the headache tends to be lighter. The damage of the nervous system and the epilepsy tend to be less happening. Most of them have Hypertension and Hyperlipemia. About 51.3% of the patients who have negative results of the DSA examination belong to a special style perimesencephalic nonaneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage(PNSH),some cases belong to micro aneurysm, a few could be false negative, we can do the DSA examination once more to confirm it.
