| ã€Objective】: To investigate the effect of the choroid plexus or the Neuro-2A cells on the embryonic spinal motor axons.ã€Method】: To use ECM Gel (Sigma) as a tissue culture substrate, 3-dimention co-cultures of the choroids plexus of rat or the Neuro-2A cells and the ventral part of the embryonic spinal motor column (Embryonic 12 days) were done in this substrate. To observe the effect of the choroid plexus or the Neuro-2A cells on the embryonic spinal motor axons.ã€Result】: After 2 days of co-culture, we found more spinal motor axons were grown from the distal part of the choroid plexus or the Neuro-2A cells.ã€Conclusion】: The choroid plexus and the Neuro-2A cells repell embryonic spinal motor axons. |
