Objective:To evaluate the myocardial protective effects of HTK solution on immature and cyanosed myocardium in cardiac operation,through comparison with ST.ThomasⅡcardioplegia and HTK cardioplegia in the operation of tetralogy of Fallot.Method:Thirty-two patients who has TOF disease and their weight is between 8 kilogram and 20 kilogram were divided into two groups randomly.One group perfused HTK solution,the other group perfused HTK solution.Get the blood sample before clamp the aorta and 3mins,2h,8h,12,24h,48h,72h after declamping the aorta.The CK-MB and cTnI were measured.The following clinical parameters were recorded,such as the auto-beating ratio,the inotropic support requirement,the hours and length-of-stay in the intensive care unit,etc.Myocardial ultrastructures were observed.Ejection score were checked use Doppler ultrasound before operation and at the second hour after the operation.Results:The concentration of CK-MB and cTnI were all increased significantly after the operation in two groups,and serum levels of cardiac cTnT and CK-MB in group B were lower than that in groug A(P<0.05).The dose of inotropic drugs,the hours of mechanical ventilation and length-of-stay in the intensive care unit were lower in group B(P<0.05).Electron microscopy showed that the mitochondria in group B were better than that in group A(P<0.05).The ejection score in group B were better than that in group A(P<0.05).Conclusions:HTK solution is of benefit to the myocardial protection of immature and cyanosed myocardium... |
